About: Connie has spent more than 35 years building and leading businesses, much of that time in start-up and early-stage companies. A large part of her career focused on statistical modeling—working with massive data sets to understand how different choices lead to very different outcomes. Along the way, Connie also built and led large teams, hiring, training, and coaching over a thousand people. That work taught her how powerful clarity and good decision-making can be, especially in moments of uncertainty. That perspective became deeply personal when she started thinking about how we make financial decisions during major life transitions. Traditional financial plans never answered the questions that actually mattered to her—the what ifs. What if circumstances change? What if income shifts, housing decisions change, or priorities evolve? Connie wanted a way to explore options side by side, in real time, and to understand the consequences before making irreversible choices. Divorce is one of those moments where the stakes are high, emotions run deep, and decisions can shape decades of future life. She built What-If Wealth to bring clarity to exactly those moments—to help people move from overwhelm to understanding, and from fear to informed choice. At its core, this work is about giving people back a sense of control and confidence when they need it most.

Services: “I help people navigate the financial uncertainty of divorce by giving them clarity, confidence, and control over their choices. Through the Wealth Lab, a guided decision-making process powered by scenario-based financial modeling, clients can safely explore “what-if” questions in real time—such as housing decisions, support scenarios, income changes, and long-term affordability—before making irreversible choices. Rather than a static financial plan, the Wealth Lab allows clients to compare multiple outcomes side by side, helping them understand how different paths affect cash flow, net worth, and future stability. This is especially valuable during divorce, when decisions are emotionally charged and the consequences can last for decades. My work complements attorneys, mediators, and therapists by bringing financial clarity into the process. The goal is not to tell clients what to do, but to help them see their options clearly, reduce fear, and make informed decisions that support both their immediate needs and long-term well-being.”

Connie’s Why: “Divorce often requires people to make life-shaping financial decisions at a time when they’re emotionally overwhelmed and unsure of the future. I’m passionate about helping people through this transition because I’ve seen—both professionally and personally—how clarity changes everything. When people can see their options clearly, fear gives way to confidence, and decisions become intentional rather than reactive. Helping someone move from uncertainty to understanding, and regain a sense of control during one of life’s most difficult moments, is what drives my work.”
