Angie’s work is centered on helping families break generational parenting cycles and build healthier, more connected relationships during and after divorce. She supports co-parents, individually or together, using her C.A.L.M. Approach to Co-Parenting©, helping them stock their toolboxes with practical strategies that align with their values and family goals.
Angie helps parents better understand their children’s needs while navigating the realities of co-parenting, so they can provide consistent, supportive care and create the best possible outcomes for their children. Through intentional communication, emotional regulation, and mindful modeling, Angie works with parents to strengthen the co-parenting relationship and reduce conflict during times of transition.
When kids are involved, co-parents need support as they are going through divorce. There are two goals here, 1) keep the bond and connection with the kids strong and 2) learn how to navigate the new relationship with their co-parent. She is passionate about helping co-parents develop new strategies to be cooperative in raising their kids so everyone can flourish.
"It was a huge help to me. I even took some of the action steps and mentioned them during our therapy appointment and they were amazed at our work in just 1 day of sitting down and communicating."
"Angie is a wonderful parent educator!
We’re so grateful that our paths crossed with hers. She has the knowledge, experience, and tools to help parents discuss their approach and find alignment, and the tools she provides are tangible, and easy to implement. She left our house and we put a couple of tools into practice that day, and it already felt different.
We’re excited and hopeful for the future, and ready to bring the kids into the planning process. The tools and strategies she shared will really help us all grow together.
We’d recommend her to anyone!"
"Angie is literally changing my life! Within just a few weeks of using The Mini C.A.L.M. Family Planner I have already seen a huge shift. I can't wait to get the full version!"
