She is a financial wizard when it comes to accounting-related tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts receivables/payables, payroll, debt collections, sales tax filing and monthly/annual reporting. Shawndel is also highly skilled in planning, scheduling, office processes and organization, and offers administrative and executive support.
Shawndel loves the work that Spader Group does because it allows her to support business owners in their business while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Her passion is working with clients and seeing them accomplish their goals.
She has been married for 16 years, has 3 kids (14, 11, 9), has a giant Great Dane. And in their spare time, they are always working on random projects.
