This event will bring together divorce professionals from across the country to share insights, strategies, and inspiration. Our goal is to empower attendees with tools for client success and elevate their practices with fresh business strategies.

You are the expert in your lane of divorce, now it’s time to share your wisdom.
Representing your specific area, you’ll give other professionals a deeper understanding of your role in the divorce process, helping them better support individuals and families as they navigate this transition.

Expectations & Conditions
If you are interested in being a part of the Empower & Elevate Virtual Summit, please take a moment to review the expectations & conditions below before applying.
We want to ensure that each speaker is not only sharing their expertise but is also invested in the overall success of this event. Our goal is simple: to empower divorce professionals to grow in their practice so they can help more individuals and families thrive.
Selection & Deadlines
Accepted speakers will be announced by September 29th, 2025. A final confirmation of participation will be required at that time.
Pre-recorded 30-minute presentations and any other materials must be submitted by October 10th, 2025. Failure to meet deadlines may result in removal from the lineup.
Presentation Requirements
Presentations must be original, high-quality, and provide actionable insights for divorce professionals.
All content must align with the mission of the summit. Any external materials (data, images, quotes, etc.) must include appropriate citations and permissions.
Presentations must be recorded in widescreen/landscape format with clear audio and good lighting. It is the speaker’s responsibility to ensure all edits are complete prior to submission.
Use of slides is optional.
Promotion & Marketing
By participating, you grant the Divorce Support Collective permission to use your name, bio, headshot, and presentation content for event promotion.
Speakers agree to actively promote the summit between October 1st–19th, 2025 by:
Sending at least one solo email to their email list.
Including a mention or P.S. about the event in at least one additional email communication.
Posting about the event a minimum of three times on social media.
The Divorce Support Collective will provide promotional materials and resources to make this simple.
Ownership & Rights
Speakers retain ownership of their presentation content.
By participating, you grant the Divorce Support Collective the right to use, share, and distribute your presentation for promotional and educational purposes as part of the summit.
Summit content may remain available for attendees in replay format for a limited time after the event.
Compensation & Benefits
Speaking at this summit is an unpaid opportunity.
Speakers benefit from increased visibility through event marketing and exposure to a highly relevant audience.
A brief, non-sales call-to-action is permitted (e.g., link to a free resource or your website). Direct selling during presentations is not allowed.
Code of Conduct
Speakers are expected to maintain a professional, respectful tone.
Content that is discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate will not be permitted.
Explicit sales pitches beyond the agreed call-to-action are prohibited.
Liability
The Divorce Support Collective is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or disruptions beyond its control.
